GRAZE BY GUNTHERS — FRASER VALLEY
The table your guests won't stop talking about. Charcuterie crafted in-house, designed around your moment.
We make our own charcuterie from scratch — cured in-house using techniques passed through our family, with meats from small farms across BC. Then we build your table around it. Charcuterie, local cheeses, seasonal produce, canapes, sweet elements, and more — styled into a display that fits your event and your guests.
01
The Craft
We don't source our charcuterie — we make it. Every cured cut starts in our curing room and ends on your table. Three generations of European technique, meats from Fraser Valley farms, and a menu built around what your event calls for.
02
The Table
House-made charcuterie, local cheeses, seasonal produce, florals, and elements chosen with intention — built as a single styled display. Elegant and minimal or abundant and theatrical — the aesthetic is yours.
03
The Experience
Every table is built for the specific event it's serving — the scale, the mood, the guests in the room. The care and intention behind each one never changes.

THE DIFFERENCE
A styled table your guests will remember, built around your event.
Charcuterie we cure ourselves, cheeses from local farms, seasonal produce, florals, and objects chosen with intention — composed into a single display that belongs in the room.
Every table is different. The aesthetic, the vessels, the arrangement — all of it shaped by the event it's serving. We bring the food and the eye for detail. You get a display your guests will remember long after the last bite.
“No package. No template. No two tables ever the same.”
