The Experience
Build your board.
Learn the craft.
Our workshops are hands-on, guided sessions where guests build their own charcuterie and grazing boards from scratch. We walk you through technique, pairing, and arrangement using house-made charcuterie from our own curing room, local artisan cheeses, and seasonal Fraser Valley produce. It's part education, part experience, and entirely about the food. Perfect for bridal showers, bachelorette gatherings, milestone birthdays, and private groups who want something more memorable than another booked venue.
Why It Matters
Not a kit. Not a class.
Most charcuterie workshops use retail product from a wholesale supplier. Ours start with what we made ourselves. That difference is the whole point.
House-Made Product
Every cured meat on your board was made in-house, meats raised in the Fraser Valley. You're not working with retail charcuterie — you're working with something no grocery store carries.
Guided, Not Instructed
We don't hand you a recipe card. We talk about the food — where it came from, how it was cured, what it pairs with, why arrangement matters. You leave knowing something, not just having done something.
Yours to Keep
Every guest takes their board home. We provide everything — the board, the product, the accompaniments, the styling guidance. You bring the group.
