Your guests pick up a tasting guide, read the labels, and begin to understand what's in front of them. A thin slice of coppa — aged six months in Chilliwack from local farm-raised pigs in Bridal Falls. A sliver of aged cheddar from Fraser Valley Creamery. A piece of melon from Farms in Yarrow. Each element is labelled with its origin, and each pairing is mapped on a tasting guide that your guests take with them. Our artisan is there to walk them through it. By the end of the cart, they know the Fraser Valley a little better than when they arrived.
The Provenance Station includes our artisan on site. This is the experience — it cannot be delivered without them.

Fill out the inquiry form with your date, venue, event type, and guest count. We confirm availability and respond within 48 hours.
Consultation
We'll discuss your vision, which station fits your event, and whether you'd like drop off or a Graze team member on site.
Secure Your Date
A 50% deposit holds your booking. Final details confirmed 14 days prior; full balance due 7 days before your event.
Your Event
We arrive, set up, and make it look exactly right. You enjoy the day.
